OFFERINGS:

The following are the opportunities for support and healing. Please call for a free half-hour consultation during which we will talk about what is going on and which of the offerings may best support you.

END-OF-LIFE PET DOULA

For many people the loss of a pet is as significant as the loss of a person. Losing a loved companion can be very isolating because “it’s only a pet” and the depth of the loss is often misunderstood by others.

If you are dealing with the illness or passing of your beloved animal companion, I can be by your side. I will listen and hold space for you and others who have been impacted by this loss.

GRIEF RECOVERY METHOD®:

“Give It Time” you hear, “Be Strong” you hear, “Get Over It” you hear, “Move On” you hear; yet it’s quite possible that you are unable to because you don’t possess the container to heal. The Method offers you the tools and a solution to ease your pain.

Method Options: Sessions are conducted virtually.

  • One to One — Seven-week, non-therapeutic, educational action-based process. Rate: $700, sessions are 1.5-2hrs. Payment plan available

  • Group – Eight-week program, supported by an intimate group of people sharing experiences of loss. Rate: $400, sessions are 1.5-2 hrs.

Both work beautifully to support you through the journey of releasing the pain and evolving through the grief process.

  • Helping Children with Loss Group (For adults, who are helping children through a loss) – A four-week Method process. Rate: $200

  • Pet Loss Group in person, in a veterinarian clinic– A six-week Method process. Rate: $300

In any of these circumstances the Method and I are here for you to offer support and “a listening heart with ears”. Please email or call me at and we will decide together which of these options are best for you.

"We need to reframe our relationship with death. Most people are afraid to say the word out loud. But as humans, we need to talk about our losses. We must stand with our loss and not turn our back on it. It's the path to healing rather than just dealing. I can help clients realize fear is an illusion, and that together we can heal, heart and soul."
